Refund & return policy.

Our 60-day promise.

We stand behind our formulas. If you\’re not satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the delivery date to request a refund.

What's eligible.

  • Unopened products returned in their original packaging — full refund
  • Damaged or defective items — full refund or replacement, free return shipping
  • Wrong item shipped — full refund or correct item shipped, free return shipping

What's not eligible.

  • Opened or partially used products (for hygiene and safety reasons), unless the product was defective
  • Items requested for refund after the 60-day window
  • Free promotional items received as part of a bundle
  • Gift cards (non-refundable, non-exchangeable)

How to request a refund.

  1. Email us at contact@panstellar.pro with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We\’ll respond within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
  3. Ship the unopened product back to us using the provided label or a trackable carrier.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we\’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund timing.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the credit may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscriptions.

For subscription orders, you may cancel anytime from your account with no commitment and no fees. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle.

If you were charged for a subscription order that you intended to cancel, contact us within 7 days of the charge — we\’ll review and refund eligible cases.

Damaged or defective items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@panstellar.pro with photos. We\’ll replace or refund free of charge.

Return shipping.

  • Damaged or defective items, or our error — return shipping is on us
  • Change of mind (within 60 days, unopened) — return shipping is on the customer

Lost or undelivered packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn\’t receive your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We\’ll work with the carrier to investigate, and replace or refund eligible cases.
