Shipping policy.

Where we ship.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (50 states + DC, APO/FPO/DPO)
  • United Kingdom
  • European Union (most countries)
  • Canada
  • Australia & New Zealand

If your country isn\’t listed, contact us at contact@panstellar.pro — we may be able to arrange shipping case by case.

Shipping rates.

United States

  • Free shipping on orders $49.99 and above
  • Below $49.99: flat rate $5.99
  • Express (2-day): $12.99
  • Subscription orders: free shipping above $49.99, otherwise standard rate applies

United Kingdom

  • Flat rate $39.99
  • Free shipping on orders above $120

European Union / Canada / Australia / NZ

  • Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Import duties and taxes may apply at delivery, payable by the recipient

Processing time.

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time.

  • US standard: 3–5 business days from ship date
  • US express: 2 business days from ship date
  • UK: 5–8 business days
  • EU / Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Australia / NZ: 10–18 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, weather, customs, and remote locations may extend transit time.

Tracking.

Every order ships with a tracking number. You\’ll receive an email with the tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking is also visible in your account at /account.

Carriers.

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on destination and service level. The carrier is selected automatically for the most reliable delivery.

Address accuracy.

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update an address after placing an order, contact us within 6 hours at contact@panstellar.pro — we\’ll do our best to intercept before shipment.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Re-shipment to the correct address will incur additional shipping fees.

Lost or undelivered packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn\’t receive the package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We\’ll work with the carrier to investigate, and replace or refund eligible cases.

Customs & duties (international).

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping rates.
