1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Panstellar LLC are intended solely for in vitro research, preclinical research, and laboratory use only. These products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or clinical applications.

2. Purchaser Eligibility

By purchasing any product from Panstellar LLC, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or laboratory professional aged 21 or older;
• You are purchasing the product(s) for legitimate, lawful research purposes;
• You will use the product(s) solely in a laboratory setting and not for human or animal consumption;
• You understand that these products have not been approved by the FDA for human use.

3. Regulatory Status

Panstellar LLC is a chemical supplier, not a pharmaceutical company, compounding pharmacy, or outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. Our products are sold as research-use-only (RUO) materials.

4. No Medical Claims

The statements made on this website have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration. No product sold by Panstellar LLC is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease in humans or animals.

5. Misuse Prohibition

Purchasers agree not to misuse, redistribute, or administer any Panstellar LLC product for non-research purposes. Misuse of RUO products is illegal and a violation of these Terms.

6. Compliance

This policy complies with applicable FDA and FTC guidance for research-use-only materials. Panstellar LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that appears to be for non-research purposes.
